Referral programme
Share MinutePlot, earn renewal discounts · Last updated August 2026
How it works
- You earn a 25% discount when someone subscribes with your personal referral code and their payment completes (free trials don’t count). Your code lives in the Workbench under Profile → Referral.
- The person you invite also gets a one-time 25% discount on their first purchase — they enter your code in the “I have a discount or referral code” box on the pricing page. On a group licence, the referral part of the discount covers one seat.
- Discounts apply to your yearly renewals — at most 100% off any one renewal; anything above that stays saved for later renewals. On a monthly plan your discounts are saved until you hold a yearly plan. On a group licence, every 4 referrals make one seat free, up to the whole licence; group members can earn discounts too — they are saved, and apply if the member ever holds a subscription of their own.
- Each discount stays active for as long as the referred subscription stays active — it shows as inactive if their subscription ends, and comes back if they return.
- No self-referral, first-time subscribers only. An account that has ever had a subscription can’t be referred, even after cancelling.
- Discounts activate 14 days after your referee’s purchase (once the refund window closes) — until then they show as pending. A refunded first purchase permanently voids the discount it earned.
The fine print
- Referral discounts are a thank-you, not a currency: they have no cash value, cannot be paid out or transferred, and are not refunded or compensated in any circumstance.
- Opimis AB may change, pause, or discontinue the referral programme or the discount rate at any time; unused or accumulated referral discounts are not refunded or compensated if the programme changes or ends.
- Abuse voids everything. Self-referral, fake accounts, or other misuse voids the discounts involved; serious or deliberate misuse may lead to immediate termination of the account without refund, and Opimis AB may seek compensation for losses caused.
- The referral programme is part of the service and governed by the Terms of use; how referral data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.
