Panels & the Organizer
The Organizer is the layout box in the Method column of the Workbench (the Analyses drawer at the top left lists your analyses and organizers). A layout is a grid of panels; each panel shows one figure from any analysis — or an image you upload — and the whole layout exports as one figure.
Building a layout
Create a layout
Analyses drawer (☰) → + new organizer
Layouts and analyses are listed under separate headers; double-click either to rename it.
Add a figure to the Organizer
Under any figure → + Add to organizer → choose the layout (or the default one)
The figure lands in the next empty panel; it stays linked to its analysis, so re-running the analysis updates the panel.
Add a figure by dragging
Analyses drawer (☰) → open the organizer → drag a figure thumbnail from an analysis into a panel
An empty panel reads “Add a figure from any analysis, drag a panel here, or Upload image…”.
Arranging panels
Reorder panels
Layout → hover a panel → Move → drop it on another panel
The two panels swap; letters renumber automatically.
Set the grid
Layout → Panels: → columns × rows
Empty panels are kept in the export only if they hold something; the grid can be widened at any time.
Panel numbering and labels
Layout → Panels: → letter style (A, a, 1) and position
Every panel carries a letter in its corner; the style applies to all panels of the layout.
Remove a panel
Layout → hover the panel → remove (×) or Delete
Removing a panel does not delete the analysis it came from.
Images in panels
Add an image to a panel
Layout → empty panel → Upload image… → choose the file (PNG, JPG, SVG, TIFF)
A photo of the samples, a micrograph, a schematic — anything you want beside the figures.
Fit, fill or stretch the image
Layout → the image panel → Edit image → Fit to panel / Fill panel (crop edges) / Keep aspect (letterbox) / Stretch to panel
Fit keeps the whole image; Fill crops to the panel’s shape; Stretch distorts and is rarely what you want.

Layout → Panel border / Spacing:
Applies to the layout as a whole.
Style one panel
Click the panel → Figure styling → One panel
The figure’s own styling tabs apply to the panel; Harmonise in Saved styles makes every panel share one style.
Export the layout
Layout → Export → format and DPI → Download
